  • CADL will not be liable for any unauthorized use of your payment information.

5. Course Content and Materials:

  • All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, notes, and videos, are the intellectual property of CADL.
  • You are not permitted to share or distribute any course materials without the express permission of CADL.
  • You are responsible for taking your own notes and keeping copies of all course materials.

6. Attendance and Conduct:

  • Regular attendance is expected for all courses.
  • You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner during all CADL activities.
  • CADL reserves the right to remove any student from a course for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

7. Placement Assistance:

  • CADL offers 100% placement assistance to students who successfully complete their courses.
  • This assistance includes resume and interview coaching, job search guidance, and connections with potential employers.
  • CADL cannot guarantee job placement for any student.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:

  • CADL makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided.
  • CADL is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of our services.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CADL from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination:

  • CADL reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason.
  • You may terminate your enrollment in a course at any time, but you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.

Rights & Restrictions

  • Members must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Members are granted a time-limited, non-exclusive, revocable, nontransferable, and non-sublicenseable right to access that portion of the online course corresponding to the purchase.
  • The portion of the online course corresponding to the purchase will be available to the Member as long as the course is maintained by the Company, which will be a minimum of one year after Member’s purchase.
  • The videos in the course are provided as a video stream and are not downloadable.
  • By agreeing to grant such access, the Company does not obligate itself to maintain the course, or to maintain it in its present form.
